Creating a stellar guest experience while ensuring the safety of everyone is our top priority. We partner with Contemporary Services Corporation and our local police and fire departments to provide staffing to meet any security rider and event need, from simple ushering and crowd control, to walk through magnetometer screening and canine sweeps.
Our venues are ready to assist with everything from a basic coffee service to an elegant formal dinner, or anything in between. Our menus contain fresh, contemporary offerings. We can create a custom menu to meet dietary or budgetary needs. Our staff provides professionalism throughout your visit.
Our venues have up to four permanent concession stands and a number of portable concession kiosks. The concession stands and kiosks offer a wide assortment of fan favorites like Tex-Mex, hamburgers, hot dogs, nachos, popcorn, water, soda, beer and cocktails (for some events.) Customers may use cash and/or credit cards at all concession locations. All concessions are provided by Ted E’s.
Alcohol and liquor sales featuring both domestic and local craft beers are available for events.
Online and Box Office ticket sales throughout North Texas with a full range of customer service functions including online sales, walk-ups, telephone sales and assistance with general inquiries. Normal Box Office hours are Monday-Friday 10am to 4pm, and open one hour prior to scheduled evening and weekend events.
Each venue has adjacent lots for convenient event parking featuring both advance purchase and pay-at-lot options for attendees.
